Does having “something authentic” make sense?

I’m a non-native English speaker recently trying to launch my own company named “Origin Authentic”

And I’m also planning to launch a brand called “Honey Authentic” which is to be a name of a dessert cafe.

Did this “something authentic” series make sense to you? Do you feel weird when you hear something?

Thank you so much for all of your replies!

What should I do to improve my memory and ability to take a good opportune moment?
