Word for when friends close to you continue friendships with someone who has done you wrong.

Is there a word for when a person tries to kill an enemy, someone who has done a person the wrong?, for example, slept with this person’s spouse, robbed this person, spread serious lies, etc.?

Probably something bad enough that it would be hurtful to know that your boyfriend, girlfriend, close brother, etc. were hurtful. You are either still friends with or befriended an enemy.

Hopefully this question makes sense I just joined and it’s my first question. How do I understand the tag portion? I have a word for “you are the

one” but don’t know what word to put there. How often should I put it then?

What

is

an enemy?

What are some of the types of relationships you’ve encountered on your closest friends?

Frenemy does sound informal and colloquial, though, so I also suggest “rival” or “former rival”.

You could say that they are their ‘adversary’, I think that would work. It might not be as visceral as what you are looking for though. What is ‘Nemesis’ when uttered unironically?

Top definition of dog in that fight “I don’t have a dog in that fight,” means “I don’t have a stake in the outcome. He is on the phone rant. I think I can’t find a good enough opponent”. ” Not quite so strong as call somebody but gives a shit” Urban dict
