Word for pattern made by curtains.

When hanging curtains, make an “S” pattern back and forth, like a book.

I was recently talking about hanging up a sheet. The sentence I wanted to say was similar to: “If you hang up

that sheet, then it’ll be _____.”

Whenever I think of wrinkles, the word wrinkly comes to my mind but that implies to me permanency, which I don’t want.

What is the word “not flat”?

What does it feel like for people who are having their first sex together?

The curtain is pleated. The curtains also have a spherical seam. The “S” pattern you describe is accomplished by gathering the curtain onto a rod where the length of the curtain is wider (wider) than the rod, resulting in a soft pleat, as opposed to a sharp, knife pleat as found on kilts and schoolgirl uniforms.

A curtain hanging on a wall, would not have the same effect, but gathered on a rod attached the wall, would have the same softly pleated characteristics.
