Why is a comma suffix used to separate these clauses? Is there a way for a “closed” story?

German is my language. English is my first language. I shared the following two phrases: This way, workers can install

the guardrail for the next level from a lower platform eliminating the need for a fall arrest system during assembly. Posted at 9:00am on hw1.11 am.

Thanks to this method, it is not necessary to use a personal fall arrest system during any stage in any kind of work with the system making it easier to work safely.

Do both phrases need an extra comma?

During assembly, workers will have to place the guardrail on the first floor from a lower platform, removing the need for a fall arrest system.

Why can’t I use a fall arrest system when I’m in a job and I don’t have any experience with that. I hope that this method helps me in my job.

What are some good ways to verify this (the rule) by anyone as I find no rule here?
