Where are the IPA sounds with examples words and their pronunciation?
I want to learn an IPA. but all the websites i found are incomplete. How can I learn IPA quickly? What sounds do we hear on a given phone with examples but this one doesn’t have examples?

Why doesn’t IPA make the difference between hearing and spelling? What do individual
words
sound like in Reality? Is not organized by lexicon, just by the official spelling of the word and whatever person randomly decided to pronounce that word (with a geographical tag for that person to give you an idea of accent).
