That
is the cold brew milk made with chocolate?
Is the article optional for essay in history?
Why I’m in college?
Does it depend on context? If you’re referring to the product in general, then it seems reasonable to disclude the article in that case. In case you are using a single bottle of such a product, it would be necessary to use the article. I don’t think the fact that cold brew milk is a proper noun determines whether or not an article is necessary, although I can’t justify this.
