When in a foreign country capitalisation is necessary the foreign name is not in any way capitalised. The names are all the same names.

B.a. Augustus De Morgan has De in his name. Yet the French physicist Louis de Broglie, has de in his name.

Why do you think that everyone says this? Can you explain my misconceptions about being French?
