What’s the meaning of “it being…”?

I’ve read this article on the BBC news, and this sentence really makes me confused. Will there even be other people reading it?

The latest Aston Martin video features a real driver pushing his car to its limits between ” and ”driver’. I know how it would be translated into

my native languages but I can’t find out what grammar structure that the highlighted portion belongs to.

Does it mean ”it is being pushed to its limits” or even ”it has been being pushed to its limits”?

Why would you give a friend a number of the best advice?
