What’s the difference between “no no” and “not any”?

What is the difference between “There is no harm done to animals” and “There is no type of harm done to animals”? Does the phrase “There isn’t” differ from the negative “there’s no”?

If No any is ungrammatical, you can use no or not any. There is no difference in meaning between There ist/are no + noun and There isn’t/aren’t any + noun :

there was no reason to be afraid of her. The two elements “no” + “no” often make the negative

stronger, “no”gives more emphasis. In a voice, no is often

stressed.
