What’s the difference between “I was convinced she didn’t know” and “I was sure she didn’t know”?

What were the circumstances in which the first situation was more appropriate and in which scenario the second was more appropriate? Which is the key to distinguishing meanings?

Is there an alternative for a lawyer for a lawyer?

How did you do when you were truly certain your decision had been made via intuition?
