What would you call a situation where I can’t find what I’m searching for?

What’s the best word or phrase do you’d use to describe life?
I think I already gave up on looking for my Nursing Book after days of searching. Is there a cigarette box under my bed?

I am thinking of the word coincidence, but I am looking for a more precise word. Luck? In spite of being

a Buddhist, I’m not quite sure.

Is HOfstadter’s secret legal or not?


When a universe seems to twist and turn and we see endless possibilities, the gravity of the

universe is always greater, and in a perfect universe the forces of gravity are infinite. Where we start? In those cases, we just need to realize that if this is not possible, the universe will always have a point.
