What is used to evaluate the evidence in “There are no comments” vs: a “yes” case. “There is no comment”

In general, it feels wrong to have a plural after the negative no/none or with the preposition without (see previous question “Without reason” or “Without reasons”)? How may I change things? Those words imply zero, and can be found in any dictionary. Plural is not more than one. A word for less than two (in Latin)? I know that phrases like “There are no comments” or “he is without friends” are common. Is “Ask for Help” illogical to you my friend?
Are the majority of people making grammar mistakes when using such expressions, or else can you explain why this is correct?

The only cases where it’s used for the singular noun is in sentences

Why do all my social media accounts say ‘There are no comments’? Would that ever be perfect?
What is the comment is not correct? Any views why that is? When you compare a verb to an object when you are speaking or writing, what’s the agreement between them? In the same way you don’t say there are no cows, you don’t say there is no comment!
No Comments” is correct, and this construction is common in English. For example you got singular agreement for number for the value of 1 and plural agreement for anything else.

If “N” is combined with “No” in a singular or “No” then it implies that something is either one of that thing, or nothing. This is much more rare (though it comes up from time to time). In the newspaper, when asked about the situation, the press secretary had no comment. ” Here it is singular because you either have a comment or you don’t. What is the best way to describe this situation? If you say a lot of things, it is still considered one comment (at least in the journalistic sense of the word).
Those are all suitable and suitable for
