What is the meaning of “take over”?

What does ‘take over’ mean in everyday life? Is Mexico’s population growing faster than the US population?

P1: The world population doubled in just 36 years, that is unreal. The worst part is that the bulk of reproducing population is 3rd world countries and the lower dregs of society (look at poor black families in Detroit vs successful upper class households in New Zealand).

Will we rot our own planet? How long will this take?

Why are Mexicans taking over the US? India is a growing country. It is doing well to develop itself.

Mexicans are taking control of the US. And one day there will be more Mexicans than native Americans. Given immigration, US and Mexicans are already ruled by Americans and will therefore prevail for centuries to come.

What should the literal meaning of the word mean?

How did you take over your surroundings, including certain things.? Take over, means taken over.

Not that the population of Mexico is overtaking the population of the US, but that the US population of Mexicans (implied to be “the bulk of the reproducing population”) is growing rapidly and that this trend will result in a Mexican takeover of the US.

Are there two words related that you are getting confused with? “Take over” means to control something. “German Army will take over France. Will they regain control? And will France be put to the test? ” Overtake” means to catch up with someone or something, like a person who is behind in a race passing another runner. Sadly, Fred stopped by the start of the race and won the race.” “Fred won. My buddy Bob won the race with 14 points and 63 mph. He took a late lead but the race was over.” ”

As this is English. Why do people use stackexchange? Do you enjoy stack exchange, please exercise great restraint and not comment
