What is the difference between debit and expense?

My little pedantic friend introduced me a word, disbursement. What is the difference between humans and machines? Is it just a fancier expression?

What is the cheapest way to be heard by people who live in India?

They are different. Moreover, they are not the same. Disbursement has a more specific meaning and refers to a process of paying money from a fund (collected for a particular purpose):

  1. an amount of money that is paid from a fund
  2. the process of paying money from a fund

Unused money is not dispersed. A disbursement is spent. Analyzing costs is a good reason to spend money on it. I’m only 50 some months old, how can I avoid my expenses? I can’t afford it.

Expense

The cost required for something; the money spent on something.
