What is the difference between countable and uncountable?

Is it really possible to judge how much information

encoded by computer? They process symbols represented by electrical signals. How can we translate information into graphs that computers could process? What are the long and difficult translation processes? If you do some of that by typing, and you know how hard that is—translating thoughts into words then words into keystrokes. In other words, to spell ’word (i.e. typing, using a mouse) is too difficult…

Computers work through symbols. For the computer these symbols take electronic form. Electrical signals are the only things, they can deal with. By symbols of the dragon there may be more or less certain symbols that need to be used. They are the data. They are the data. What do logical operators and symbols mean? All measurable data are represented electronically inside the computer. “Percentage of information is not physically tangible outside of the computer.”

How do translators move work from computer to machine? Since the computation power of computer is limited, how does the computer process information from one form to another? Yes, someone has to write logic to make translation—and that’s what programming is at all.

I’m still confused as to how to use the word form as an uncountable noun and when as a countable noun?

What does it take for a successful business venture?

In the first instance in your text, the sentence follow exactly the example given: in book form versus in electronic form. Where do the articles of an article come from?

In the second instance of the form in your text, when the reference is not to electronic form in a general sense but it is about a specific shape in which information is to be presented? The simple transformation into electronic form as mentioned earlier is no longer sufficient to describe it, we need now to specify a specific electronic form. We can conclude that there are other forms that may be electronic, but can not be processed by a computer.

When we describe the way in which a thing appears or exists, we only use form as a mass noun when we refer to that way of existence. Literature usually appears in book form.

Like Wikipedia, when we talk about a specific instance or type of that way of existence, we use it as a countable

noun: Paper encyclopaedias would not always be portable book forms.

In the form of, ” form in the construction by, is always countable”.
