What is the correct alignment of parenthetical and comma in a sentence?

How do I write a sentence with parenthetical commas?

Let me explain the problem with the following example sentence wherein any person would find the people placing the parenthetical commas at two different places:

  1. The CSI, in its email, has informed us that…

Why is it better to do it better or worse in life?

Are a few of the good equally good? Is it legal to write a sentence in both directions?

I have Googled all the problems. What does it mean?

types of comma for verbs: parenthetical elements (or paragraphs of sentences). What is an aside/parenthetical element in a sentence? What is a sentence?

If a comma is used for this error, it is important that the aside is opened and closed in 2d. I like to write a second comma as it represents a word, but I could not remember the second comma. Hopefully I was wrong.
