What is the best way to greet someone you’ve met? A usual greeting seems inappropriate since you’ve seen her/him before. Even if it was a brief encounter (in a pharmacy, in a grocery store, or somewhere at reception) and that person didn’t remember you, is there any way to hint we’ve seen each other today?

I still don’t like to mention the person again, but I will do it again each time. “Good /nice/great to see you again” is another option. Again, I don’t like the person any more but I would be able to tell if I know the person (e.g. 4 day old female)
