As the title says, is there word for presenting two arguments and letting the reader draw their own conclusions from that? If someone asks for my thoughts on restaurants A and B, and I say that A is good for A, B, and C, and that B is good because of C and D, let the person asking make their own decision. What are your thoughts on them? Why does it have a name? What is its status? I feel like it’s on the tip of my tongue, but I just can’t think what it’s called.
