What does signified “proceed to”, but has more of a tone of encouragement rather than a command. Anyhow, you can think of it as having an implicit “Let’s move” at the beginning “”(Let’s move on to chapter 6!” ”

What is generally used as an enthusiastic exclamation in some languages?

There is probably a subject that is moving on to exactly what is described. In this case, “Here we go, we are moving on to chapter 6!” is equivalent.
