What does “nice and adjective” mean?
If I want to stick to a shot longer, you can play the ball just a little further forward. Try to set your wrist a little earlier on your backswing. My backswing is 57-70 degrees, so i am getting tired fast even though I stand for 2 days fast. Make sure you allow your wrists to reset all the way in your followthrough and keep it nice and high.

Why is it different from a normal life and you can’t ignore it when it’s not. The “nice and” simply says that the thing (in this case, that the bat stays high during the follow through) is a good, pleasing, comfortable thing. In every usage I can think of, the words ‘nice and’ can just be mentally deleted without changing the meaning of the line.
