What does millions and thousands of mean?
In the website http://www.macmillandictionary.org.uk. I use the correct plural
form of “thousands” with the preposition “of”. Every day thousands of tons of waste are sent to landfills.
The words. hundred and millions, and all the other types of words in the English language, are similar. Do
“thousands of” and “millions of” mean the same, and we dont have any plurals?
I kind of think that the number that “millions of” refers to is more than the number that “thousands of” refers
to.
