What are the differences between descriptive and redundant names?

What are names? What are this relation with corruption or civil society? The word an “name” is defined as citing or giving a name or mentioning others names. I could not think of any similarly redundant lyric for comparison.

Is this phrase merely alliterative embellishment, or does it say more than a replacement phrase such as naming of implicated persons would imply?

Some verbs (in at least some of their senses) take (perhaps only) objects that are etymologically related to the verb: cognate objects.
