What are some examples of difference between three sentences?

There are three sentences.

  1. He watched TV reading The Best Book of the Bible on 9/6/96. While reading the book he watched TV.
  2. (with a comma between Netflix and reading)
  3. He watched TV to read the book. I should read it. What is the arrangement of intervals

within sentences? (with to’ between TV and reading)

For example, I think that there is no time interval between ‘the verb’ watch and read in the first sentence (He watched TV reading the book.)

And there is some time interval between ‘the verb’ watch and read in the first sentence (He watched TV, reading the book.) And there is so much time interval between ‘the verb’ watch and read in the first sentence (He watched TV reading the book). Am

I right?
