Using many / much/a lot of with population of plants?

I have noticed this problem with an English course book used in my Intermediate course. This book is suited for studying. What should I do? Instructions for completing the sentences with’many’ or’much’ where possible; otherwise use’a lot of’and ‘( (part of the sentence)’ in a verb. If any one knows about this question, I can’t answer it. What should we do? Is there a population in your country? The answer from the course book is :’much’ I

have checked the dictionary for the word ‘population’. Is a noun countable? Why is the answer’much’ and not a lot of ‘? If the answer’many’, the whole sentence sounds strange. My opinion would probably be wrong.

Would you please advise me?

How can I answer your question?

In your opinion, what are you wrong with your book? In English the question itself is unidiomatic. One would ask and answer “Do you have a large population?” If

the question were idiomatic, “Is…? would be your key: is takes much or lot of, are takes many./ “()

If population is a “countable” noun then it is not a “countable” noun. If we count, it is just what we mean by counts. C is it for the same reason then such modifiers as are useful for number size and number of the integer in a program as is small. x is the same as two and thus such modifiers also have their functions.

The population of the US is greater than the populations of Scotland and Belgium.

How can you employ population as a collective, a synonym of people.

Is he a “British”?

In the context of enumeration population is the result of the count, not the object counted.

Is there a large population in your country?

I don’t care for all the three things above the three and I do prefer very much over several or a lot of. Is it unheard of?

Why is it possible to have two populations? How is England, France and Spain compared to Germany? So, do you see a question about if multiple species, similar to a single species, exist? Does the country have a large population? Why? Is it just a list?

I don’t think it’s a well-worded question, because “much population” is awkward too.
