Usage of “so far” “far”
I have a question regarding usage of “so far”. How can you tell me whether I have read the sentences you have used?
John, you have done
- many wrong things in your life. What is the best example of this? I have supported you every time and Have been with you so far but from now on I will never support you.
How can I grow up better?
So far: I want to put “so far” in a different section, as to me it sounds a bit weird to say it out loud. Should I go over this again? John, you’ve done too many wrong
things in your life. Why? So far, I have supported you every time and have been with you, but from now on of future, I won’t support you.

this is my personal recommendation from my perspective as a native speaker. Your sentence would still technically work, but I find it sounds cleaner with this version?
