Usage of “(in)capable”‘s term?

I read the following question. On Meta: Questions incapable of a simple answer

Now I am confused: Is that a possible correct use of “(incapable)”? If a question I ask is able to answer, is it possible?

Wouldn’t it have to be inadequate for being answered? Why do I find some errors in the use of the word “fu00e4hig” in my language?

How would you describe a good article it would be like to read about?
