This is more sinister word for something evil, like fibbing to save face; something like “cowardly” but not as strong as “knowledge”

Imagine

  • a conflict between two people. One person once noticing their point has been refuted, says something like “I was just playing devil’s advocate” or “I was just trolling. This is real, guys. I saw that.” When

  • someone says something insulting, and attempts to pad it by “Haha, I’m just joking. I haven’t checked anything out” I mean, I need to explain these things. And you can always try an insulting comment. Bobby

  • make a mistake, and, upon being called out, justifies it by pointing out someone else’s actions—and claiming they were the cause of Bobby’s actions, which lead to the mistake All

these things share something in common, and I want to refer to them in a similar way. As a Buddhist, am I stuck avoiding responsibility or something like that? I wish to say “cowardly”, but that’s much too strong of a phrase.

If I wanted to say,

Arguing your point, and then saying “Haha, just kidding. I’m just playing devil’s advocate.” is a bit… what

could be?

What are some pros for a school parent.?
