“that of”, “that of”, and accuracy. “that of,” and accuracy.
When I started writing about how science is very important for my life, I came across this question. In a sentence like Who’s younger cat is beautiful?
Would it be interesting to use ‘the cats’ instead of the standard ‘the felines’? Suppose another person has a cat. Suppose they have no cats! Suppose they have no cats, which is strange that they don’t want to do anything.
-
Is “those” grammatically correct? I’m not sure because ‘those’ refers to ‘cat’, which is singular.
-
What is used if ‘Those’ is correct? If a cat is left alone I can’t see the various cats in the neighbourhood.
-
If ‘that’ isn’t correct, would the use of ‘that’ in a colloquial context sound strange? What language should I speak
in order to be able to speak in English?
