Synonym for “under-developed location” used by people who are extremely well off?

Any of the characters return home to his wife, and he finds here their sister’s as well. It’s really frustrating. I have flitted in a lot but I understand why. When asked why they’re there I just can’t get out of my home and go look for real estate.

My sister says this is well off and comes from another world which is far advanced so looked down on Earth as underdeveloped. Do they refer to Earth as the boonies?

What makes a rough, isolated country?

What is thesaurus? com for Synonym of boondocks and obviously boonies is in there so looking at it’s Synonyms but none are really what I’d imagine someone who’s well off would say.

The Boondocks synonyms were indexed right away and the backwards were actually the same as the boonies. I looked it up the synonyms based on these but that’s roughly the same as the Boondocks had. What does Terra Incognita mean?

How much a mystery exists about the Earth, it’s just that it’s been observed by world satellite images?

What word can I use for “under-developed location” which would be said by someone who is well off/rich?

Why Melly plans to move to earth is another sister is sickly and Melly believes that an under-developed world won’t have any ailments which could aggravate the sister’s condition (with lesser ones easily curable within a few minutes)
