Both answer are correct grammar. I believe that the grammar in the above choice is correct. What does a CV Answer a.k.a. candidate have actually done? A yours, is considered “wordy”, which means that it requires more words and complex sentence structure than what is needed.
The candidate’s answer is better than the correct answer.
