Selon Wikipedia, another adjective with

a special post positive meaning is proper, in phrases like Swedish town proper, it means something like “strictly defined”.

Is it correct for the adjective in plural form here? Then def

Can one pluralize nouns using postpositive adjectives?

How can I get more points for my innumerable matters: matters unknown or things innumerable or accounts payable/poets laureate/poetry general?

In the sentence given by you, compiler is the noun, multiple compilers are being referred to and the perfect caption is being applied to them, hence, compilers proper would be correct.
