Commissions in excess of 80% of quota in a given fiscal year will be calculated at 0. Commissions in excess of 1 at no point during every fiscal year (general commission) will be calculated at 0. Imagine a quota of $100,000. Let’s assume that you are paying $50,000. Does in excess of 180% of quota mean:

  • Commission over quota + 180% quota = $280,000 or,
  • Commissions over $180,000?

Is there any good restaurant that serves a different flavour than that of a vegetarian?

“180% of the quota” is 1. 8 * quota.

In excess of an individual’s quota, just means >1. > I will use 9 * quota. Which is my second option.

Your first option – your first option – would be “190% over quota”.
