“It is” + present simple simple words?

If it is built here, it will be next to a large housing estate.

Does the word “it is built” seem to be the correct ones?

Should I type it in the form “it is” + past participle? Is the statement “If It is built here” the correct form in the present form?

What do you think of this post about a religious leader?
