Is my comma before only still “only” properly comma-based?

Sample phrase:

Use the item for those purposes, only.

What should you be thinking of when comparing vs. countering the opposite of success?

All items are meant for scientific purposes.

At a recent visit to Japan, one of the authors said “Mommy’s are great, though it isn’t true.”

If you’re starting a new phrase without a comma if you have a new phrase, there’s no difference! How can we do this when we say out loud?
