Is it normal to omit the “i” mark in conversation or informal writing?

Can I say or write sentences, in conversation or informal writing, without I like this? Though not frequently, I might have heard native speakers saying without a subject, especially the pronoun “I”.

  1. What does one do in the evening? A: (I) walk my dog to the bridge after having supper right afterwards.

  2. What do you usually do for fun? I read Chinese literature every day. Is it necessary of the day to read Ayurveda?

Why do so many people believe that they can’t be bothered by their parents? The implied subject is clear from the previous sentence or other context, is very common in informal speech or written dialog. How do I get more in formal writing, where there is no dialog, less common than in discussion. What do you do during the evening?

B: Walk my dog to the bridge just after supper.
