How do I use “no problem” while saying “ok”?

One friend of mine A and I have misunderstanding on use of “no problem”

For example, the conversation between A and me,::

Should we meet at 16:30 in science building? I: Ok, that's no issue for me A: Do you agree with that then? @I B: agreed I: sly, no problem for me. A: By "no problem" you mean agreed - or something else?

What am I doing wrong by using “no problem”? Is it wrong to argue agreement by saying “no problem”?

Is there a way to make a movie?
