How do I structure sentences in a series?

This is a diet high in sugars. It contains a large amount of sugar. Is there any common allergen. How should I avoid doing this thing?
I know that using “And” at the beginning of a sentence is worse than using this “And” in it. What do all paragraphs should to do for paragraph structure?

Is there a structure in the English language that allows for this? What is the proper usage for the above sentence?
Thank you!
