If this stands by itself “Trying” a gerund or participle, I try a participle or a gerund with some specific word or phrase. What are some good ideas that people should follow when talking about mindfulness? Is it possible to have gerund ( Trying to be happy is always good) but I want to know if it being a participle where the agent is omitted is also possible?
