How can I use the word’responsive’ correctly?

I wrote this sentence for my report, but I am not fully comfortable in using “responsive”. How do I check my mistakes?
What are a number of constraints relating RGB cameras were found to be responsive to color and illumination changes, surrounding clutters and disorders.

I will be comfortable using responsive ; (adjective):
