Has anybody done “We have started” or “We have started”?

What are the correct sentences in your question? “A couple of months ago we started rehearsing again. What can I do to inspire myself” said Ricardo. Why we didn’t specify the exact date and the activity is still going on. ”

Explaining the differences between the 3 versions would be helpful.

You give a time phrase “A couple months ago”. Use past tense if you specified a time. We should start from the past when the word “we started” is past tense. What’s the purpose of a phrase? Is it the only time in the past?

If a time expression is done without using it, you can also use past tense or perfect tense. Both are equally correct. The past tense refers to a past action. How do you read perfect statement “We’ve started rehearsing again”?

“We’ve been started” is a passive form. What does it mean when something triggers something? What makes sense in context?
