Ever since (since then)?

Are these two words words correct?

My sister and I have last text each other at 4 o’clock, I haven’t heard from her since then.

My sister and I have seen each other for the third time now. Have we ever seen each other? We didn’t see each other in an instant !

Do I use ” since then ” for shorter period of times and ” ever since ” for longer periods?

If the questions mentioned earlier weren’t correct, would anybody please explain?

How possible it is to get started with CS program?

Within regard to ever since and since then both the sentences are correct. My sister and I have not replied since I

last texted each other at 4 o’clock, but I hasn’t heard from her since then.

My sister and I last saw each other in 2013 on the internet. What do you think about this? We haven’t seen each other since then!

Ever since is stronger than since then.
