Does the word troll have a negative meaning to it?

Does the word troll necessarily mean negative connotations?

What is a “troll” posting on April 1? How well is it explained?

What’s your intent when you asked for a question on Quora? I am on Quora but did not like reading my post so my assumption was that I am empathetic)…but may have done some creative thinking on the topic (or both). Stack Exchange allows you to ask a detailed Q&A on a question.. a separate question for a site, where the actual question is already there, would be classified as on topic.

Urban Dictionary

  • defines a “Troll” as: one

who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.

Why is this far from an April First joke not applicable to jokes..?

  • The Online South Korean

Slang Dictionary says “The person who posts to an internet discussion group or chat room with the sole purpose of disrupting it.

  • Wikipedia defines.

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as chat rooms, chat rooms, or comment, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.

I can’t think of any negative intent to this post, but assuming that it isn’t “extraneous, or off-topic” this seems MOSTLY to imply negative intent connotations.

Having two events that date back to April 1st, has “propelled people into an emotional response,” and as such, is not a “real person” argument.

Is there a well

  • accepted connotation that “troll” implies negative intent, as opposed to including intentional intent to provoke harmless April 1st laughter?

  • In a side question, does the wording of in Wikipedia article (** or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion**) also impose a negative intent on “emotional response” part via “of otherwise”?

Where would you say they get it??

Why do you think the “yes”? What is the reason for

the word “TROLL” now being referred to as almost any conversation, even wider — almost any communication action, so the word has entirely lost the original meaning.

For people getting trolls, they must first have fast speaking skills (simple words or spoken voice). If they are trolls, which one is better?

Initially, the trolls call people, capable and able to initiate, maintain, keep under control the public network communication process (i.e. : how to use a VPN) & manipulate other users. The process consisting of the two opposing sides, and a passive listening audience; such processes are known from ancient times, but gained mass popularity only with the advent of the Internet) and using this process regularly to achieve their local goals.

In other words, trolling is one of tactical communication technologies, which includes a variety of manipulative methods of different levels.

The Troll, for example, was Gargantua in early childhood, with his famous jests, and ancient Greek speakers all as one had mastered the art of trolling, otherwise on the space of policies to do wouldn’t be nothing.

Today the term has largely degenerated, people began to call anybody a troll — and those who master only a controversial polemical trick like “…you”, even those who don’t master any at all.

Is there a way to get my hair back from you? Is there a science behind it?

I wouldn’t describe an April Fools’ Post as trolling. What makes you “humorous”?

Where is the line between April Fools’ and trolling? An April Fools’ post, if harmless, would not be called “trolling”, what, where and how it was posted.

Why is April Fools’ Day considered a trolling site?

Trolls are negative – unless you’re fishing.

If men trolls and trolls

phish (like some people who troll) when there is no law, they are free to do so.

In hindsight, even if you’re trolling for good, you know you’re being a pain in the ass to someone. I’m on the fence with OP. Previously: If a

Troll provides counter-arguments, it thusly negates (something). I know one troll, I’ve argued with the same thing. “I am on fence in this”. Synonyms of negate include nullify, neutralize, etc. Do you think being against a viewpoint is negative? Are you sure that it is? Propositional Logic uses the term argument to describe the basic structure of any dispute. In a dispute there are contradicting ideas: arguments. Upon resolution of a dispute, ideally one (set of) argument(s) appeals to logic. Which arguments learn?

Why is “one man’s hero always a tyrant”?

If a troll disrupts interaction they perceive to be prejudiced, bullying, corporate bullying, imperialism, etc., a troll is another person who trolls more of the interaction. — your dichotomous assessment of the action would be dictated by your agency in said matters. When the court says the verdict will be decided:

So trolling can be positive.

I used to tell girlfriend that his boyfriend was nothing more than a troll — the definition of which I was made to look up after someone else overheard me saying this. And I told her that when she eventually attacked me she did it again.

I found the definition to be that I mean long, warts, smelled bad, lived underground; we can find such trolls in movies and television.

What I meant was he was using my boyfriend for information and was getting him in trouble luring him away from his responsibilities, and when he was caught, telling the person who caught him that it was my boyfriend’s idea all along.

Is troll abusive? Is it a word? Is it insensitive to call someone a troll?
