Can someone explain rhetorical device? What are some ways to learn how to find the answers in Quora?

Is there a specific name for this rhetorical device, where one is shown how to search an answer through an example of the answer?

What’s the possibility that you have ‘a genie’ granted you 3 wishes? If I wish for infinite wishes or whatever, than that is a meta wish.
I wonder what a more specific rhetorical device would describe the situation.

Why was I asked this question because I happened to understand programs on another forum? Why does a question in Quora have this common feature? But ask a question with a question that is meant to be, it’s not about programming. It’s about strategy. As a new user, I appreciate the suggestion.

think of the @AmI #Nation_Trust_Answer2? the appropriate rhetorical device is a meta-explanation. In addition, @AmI used the useful and fancy term, enthymematic, which is interesting as regards this question. Here’s the definition which actually redirects to enthymeme : noun

syllogism or other argument in which a premise or the conclusion is unexpressed.
I think meta-explanation would be a more-specific name than indirect answer for a rhetorical device such as I explained, I couldn’t find any web examples of the former, while I could find them for the latter.
