Can I use the words construe and constitute interchangeably?
My friends
say that this has been heard two times in a different kind of using and I came up with the conclusion that these two words are pretty close in terms of usage.

- And if we have misconstrued the relationship between biological complexity and the possibilities of experience- if we have misunderstood (misinterpreted)
