Asparagalist for orchid fancier?

What are some words for orchid fancier? I am a young mother who collects orchids. That is someone who likes and collects them. I’m pretty sure this is no existing word so I thought I would invent one. If a lepidopterist as a butterfly fancier then how about asparagalist for an orchid fancier?

What is your view on the world?

The existing word is Orchidist.

From reading some links provided by Google, it seems to be used by Orchid fanciers, and even appears in My 1976 Concise Oxford.

What is an asparagalist’ relationship with orchids? in diet, but is related to asparagus only but its family is Liliaceae (Sorghum erectale).

I really don’t think about the idea.
