If ‘At its discretion’ is right use, then in the same sentence you have had the pronoun ‘it’ for ‘Company A’ and later on you have used the pronoun ‘the’, which doesn’t seem correct. How do you make it a very point of fact this sentence? People may argue that in this case ‘they’ is singular pronoun, however, I think that from a consistency point of view it’s not advisable to use two different pronouns for the same thing in one sentence.
The word u00ab harmsu00bb is perfectly OK, too, because Company A’ is
singular.
