  • In common law, in the case of real estate (i.e. industrial property) (i.e. land itself and other similar properties), no property rights are protected. Land), waste is used.

According to the relevant definition in the Legal Dictionary at Dictionary. com: waste?N.

    1) Any damage to property by a tenant which lessens its value to the landlord, owner or future owner. A landlord can sue for damages for waste, terminate the lease of one committing waste and/or obtain an injunction against further waste.

What is waste? Waste describes the damage and cause of action but waste doesn’t necessarily involve a criminal act. Waste starts at the source and ends there. What is the basis of waste?

Technically, the definition given above isn’t 100% accurate and waste can actually improve the land, but in these cases it is distinguished as ameliorative waste.

In common law, it’s precise meaning would not matter. You have enough verisimilitude, is conveniently general and also has a nice condemnatory ring to it.

The creative limitation may seem like a perfect fit, or, as an alternative, creativity constraint.

To use own words, you could say a platform-defining creativity limitation to make the term (more or less) fit your specific use case.

According to a Wikipedia article: creative limitation is the concept

of how purposefully limiting oneself can actually drive creativity. In his latest work, Phil Hansen says, “We need to first be limited in order to become limitless”, and said, “If you treat problems as possibilities, life will start to dance with you,” among other things. ”

Creative limitation can also be thought of as way to achieve a novel effect or goal that is not otherwise possible using conventional, readily accessible methods. Igor Stravinsky used ‘creative limitation’ with time signatures in the composition ‘The Rite of Spring’ and in some alternate aspects of his other music.

As for constrained writing, where specific literary forms are used to channel creativity – most obviously in poetry, through rhyme schemes, for example.) There’s no end of pop-psychology/business fluff

pieces out there on this concept.

Why is there a way and why constraints can make you more creative, “When now?

How much did Marissa Mayer’s thinking and work ethic impact our decisions in the early stages of the development process when we are building a product? “We can get a sense that just how good a new concept is if we only prototype for a single day or week,” she said. “In the case of the Toolbar beta, several key features (custom buttons, shared bookmarks) were tried out in under a week. In fact, during the discussion phase, we came up with about five times as many ‘key features’. ‘ Most were discarded after one week of prototyping. Which strategies are more effective if you only have one or five ideas, and you already have a strategy of limiting the time you have to prove any idea, like marketing, to limit yourself then with more ideas? ”

The two terms, creative constraint and creative limitation, at times seem to be used interchangeably”. Is there any term you could use with such a general sense of the terminology? Is there any evidence that suggests that creative limitation or creativity constraint is an appropriate concept in a Forbes article explaining?

Athletes, when creative limitations is used, is a term that can legitimately mean something entirely different – the limitation of someone’s creative capacity and, by inference, that someone’s lack of creativity – so there is a real possibility of being misunderstood by someone who is not familiar with the concept, unless the context is clear and logical.

The ambiguity also makes the Ngrams for creative limitation right to useless in determining what time the phrase arises… if, indeed, it has definitively emerged. The concept is out there but neither creative limitation nor creative constraint seems to have fully attached to it.
