So essentially you’re talking about when somebody is applying for things and doesn’t seem to match them (say

a job)- a job etc. So how should you describe it and how do you describe it?

As a business,

the employer may

write “Unfit for

jobs” whether it be

an

enrolment

or not for a temporary position “Unsuitable for the position” when

the applicant is satisfied. I have received many

of these 🙁
