Can you write any of the constructs and it will be grammatically correct? Although we differ in the emphasis (and not the way it is done), it is still consistent.
When you say one person don’t care about which person you refer to. I know that when you say any individual you it doesn’t matter for the speaker how many individuals, but what matters that number of those individuals will be positive.
In my opinion, all individuals will feel the full weight of justice. How did the New Zealand government intend
to go about their business?
