If these both are very similar to each other they may still like it or they don’t. What’s not a concept here? Should I use both forms of a form?
Seen to Like refers to a repetition of action in the past – here they saw the dress on various occasions and perhaps, wore the dress as well.
What can they do to wear the same dress in the past?
